1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk635 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pk635.org and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on pk635 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk635 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion that may occur on the player's end via their payment provider is the player's own responsibility and may incur fees charged by that provider, which are beyond pk635's control.

pk635 reserves the right to decline any deposit or to reverse a deposit where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) the payment source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder; (c) the deposit would contravene any anti-money laundering (AML) obligation applicable to pk635. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the pk635 account.

5 Withdrawals & Payouts

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following standard conditions at pk635:

pk635 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses or inconvenience caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or events beyond pk635's reasonable control including force majeure events.

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves risk and that losses are an inherent and expected outcome of participation. pk635 shall not be liable for any amounts lost by you in the normal course of gambling activity on the platform.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

pk635 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse;

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormancy policy).
